RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

30-DAY RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, contact us at hello@thatsminenow.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions, including how and where to send your package.

Returns must be requested and approved before sending anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns that are not due to our error. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES
Original shipping fees are not refundable, except where the return is due to our error (for example, if an item arrives damaged/defective or you receive the wrong item).

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Email hello@thatsminenow.com with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve it.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when using the 14-day right to cancel, unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

REFUNDS
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
