OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.thatsminenow.com and any related pages, content, features, products, and services provided by That’s Mine Now (“That’s Mine Now”, “we”, “us”, “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”), which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

By visiting, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our policies referenced below. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

SECTION 3 — PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device and settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes.

We reserve the right to:
(a) update product descriptions, pricing, availability, and promotions at any time without notice;
(b) limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction; and
(c) discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 4 — MADE-TO-ORDER AND FULFILMENT PARTNERS (PRINTIFY)
Many of our items are made to order. We use third-party fulfilment partners (including Printify and its network of print partners) to produce and ship products on our behalf. Printify and its partners may print and ship orders from facilities in the United Kingdom and/or the United States, and potentially other locations, depending on production capacity and destination.

Your purchase contract remains with That’s Mine Now. We remain responsible for customer support and for handling issues under our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

SECTION 5 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

An order is confirmed when:
(a) payment is successfully processed; and
(b) we send you an order confirmation (usually by email).

Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@thatsminenow.com. Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

SECTION 6 — PRICES, PAYMENTS, TAXES, DUTIES
All prices are shown on our website at the time you place your order. Shipping costs (when applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and purchase information for all orders. We may use third-party payment processors, and your payment may be subject to the terms of those providers.

If you order from outside the United Kingdom (including the United States), your shipment may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges imposed by your local authorities or carrier. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

• Shipping time after dispatch is typically 3–10 business days.
• These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.
• Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 8 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Returns & Refunds Policy, the Returns & Refunds Policy controls with respect to returns and refunds.

We may offer promotions, discount codes, or special pricing from time to time. Promotions may be subject to additional terms and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, ideas, photos, videos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant That’s Mine Now a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content for purposes including operating, improving, and marketing the Services.

You represent and warrant that:
(a) you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content;
(b) your User Content does not infringe third-party rights; and
(c) your User Content is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or misleading.

We may remove User Content at our discretion.

You agree not to use the Services:

(b) to violate any laws or regulations;

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including (where applicable) liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

SECTION 16 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless That’s Mine Now and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

SECTION 17 — TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, warranties/disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

SECTION 18 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any policies referenced, constitute the entire agreement between you and That’s Mine Now regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or communications.

If you are a consumer and live outside England and Wales (including in the United States), you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
